Welcome to THE NATH GROUP LIMITED's financial services application. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application and related services that help you find and compare financial products from our partner institutions.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our application.

Important: We are a financial comparison and referral service. We are not a bank, lender, or financial advisor. We do not provide financial products directly, make credit decisions, or guarantee loan approvals. All financial products are provided by our partner institutions, which are solely responsible for their terms, conditions, and approval decisions.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of our app, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

When you apply for a financial product through our app, you enter into a direct relationship with the partner institution. We are not a party to that relationship and are not responsible for the products, services, or decisions of partner institutions.

All content, features, and functionality of the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and code, are owned by THE NATH GROUP LIMITED or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided by partner institutions.
• That you will be approved for any financial product.
• That the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless THE NATH GROUP LIMITED and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Hong Kong, as applicable.
